One licence per couple
One purchase covers two Macs: the buyer's, which holds the licence, and their partner's while the two are paired. The licence belongs to the buyer and can move to a new Mac (one Mac at a time).
Paying
OurNotch is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Dodo Payments is the seller of record: it takes the payment, charges any tax and sends your receipt.
Refunds
Because OurNotch is a digital product you can use right away, sales are final and we don't offer refunds, except where the law where you live gives you a right to one (for example consumer rules in the EU). A refunded licence stops working.
Fair use and revocation
Please don't share your key publicly, resell it, or use OurNotch with a modified copy. If we notice abuse, we may revoke the licence, which stops OurNotch on both Macs of the pair.
What OurNotch needs
macOS 14 Sonoma or later and iCloud on both Macs. OurNotch relies on Apple's iCloud; we can't control outages there.
No warranty
OurNotch is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be error-free, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect losses.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
